Delete your account

Construction Buddy users can permanently delete their account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Construction Buddy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings, then choose Delete account.
  3. Review the warning, enter DELETE when prompted, and confirm the permanent deletion.
This cannot be undone. Deletion signs you out and permanently removes your Construction Buddy profile, login sessions, sites, payees, expenses, saved voice-session drafts, and stored Google Sheets connection credentials.

What is not deleted

The Google spreadsheet created in your Google Drive is not deleted because it belongs to your Google account. You can delete that file from Google Drive yourself. You can also revoke Construction Buddy’s access from your Google Account connections.

Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Backup copies expire through our normal retention process and are not used to restore a deleted account.

If you cannot access the app, email kgupta3199@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
